Thursday, October 1 will be a full moon in Aries. Since the new moon on September 17, there has been embodiment of the High Priestess. We’ve spent these two weeks tapping into our intuition, focusing on being compassionate with ourselves and others, and perhaps spending sometime diving into the subconscious through journaling, therapy, or meditation. This has been a time of deep centering and connecting with the inner voice.
This inner work has been essential, but in this next moon cycle it will be time to take action. Moving out of the Daughter of Cups’ dreamy, sensitive world and into reality will be necessary in these times. Escapism, insecurity, and overthinking may occur, but Three of Pentacles energy will offer a productive and empowering alternative. Staying focused on concrete goals, and leaning on others to help build the skills necessary to reach these goals, is key right now.
As a result, the lesson of the Mother of Wands can be learned. She is independent, confident, and self-aware. She offers warmth and compassion, but protects herself and knows she is responsible for her own joy. While getting to this place may take some discipline, the rewards will be bountiful.
